We offer fast, tracked nationwide delivery with DPD. We currently only deliver within Ireland (ROI and Northern Ireland).

Orders are dispatched Monday-Friday. We aim to process all orders within 1-2 working days (excluding very bulky items) but this may take longer at certain times.

For very bulky items that are delivered by pallet/truck rather than DPD (see info on individual product pages), we will contact you by phone or email to arrange delivery which may take up to 1 week for dispatch.

While next working day delivery is not guaranteed by our couriers, most orders are delivered within this time frame after leaving us. Please do allow extra time for delivery at peak periods.

In the unlikely event that an item you have ordered is unavailable or out of stock, we will contact you directly before processing your order.

Should you receive an item which has been damaged in transit, please notify us at info@toysdirect.ie within 48 hours of receipt of the delivery, along with photos of any damage.
